What to Expect

I offer individual therapy in 50-minute sessions, usually meeting at the same time each week, though there is some flexibility if needed.
Our work together will be collaborative and at your pace. I won’t push you to share anything before you’re ready, but I’ll gently support and challenge you to help turn your difficulties into meaningful change.

In our first meeting, we’ll talk about who you are, what you’re going through, and what you’d like to work on. This helps me understand you better so we can figure out the best way to move forward.
We’ll discuss what’s most important to focus on and how you’d like to work together. By the end, we’ll collaborate to figure out how I can best support you in moving forward.

While my training is important, the connection between us matters just as much.
As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to suit your needs and goals - working with you to find what feels most helpful.
I'm fully qualified, experienced with a range of difficulties, and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
