Individual Therapy with Charlotte
I specialise in working with Millennial and Gen Z clients navigating the pressures of modern life, including worry, feeling stuck, low mood, low motivation, difficulties maintaining relationships or connection, and periods of transition.Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about creating space to slow down and gently explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement. When life feels fast, demanding, or overwhelming, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. In our work together, we’ll take time to understand what you’re experiencing and what it might be communicating - so you can begin to relate to yourself in a more supportive and intentional way.Over time, therapy can help you feel more connected to yourself and others, and more able to move through life with clarity and steadiness.I’m a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (MA; MBACP), registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have over seven years of experience in mental health, working across the NHS, The Priory and the charity sector, supporting people with a wide range of difficulties and from diverse backgrounds. My Training
