Individual Therapy with Charlotte

Life can feel overwhelming at times - whether you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply not yourself. You don’t have to face it alone. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and start to make sense of what’s going on.
I’m a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist (MA; MBACP), with over five years’ experience working in the NHS, The Priory, and the charity sector. I've supported people from all kinds of backgrounds, each dealing with their own set of challenges.
My approach combines elements of Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. Whether you're looking to explore your past, better understand your emotions, or find practical tools to cope, we’ll move at your pace, together.
My style is warm and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel personal, so I tailor each session to fit you - your experiences, your needs, and your goals.
I’m especially interested in how our relationships with others and ourselves shape how we feel. If you find yourself stuck in the same patterns or struggling to connect, therapy can help you understand why and start to shift things.
We can work together short-term or longer-term, depending on what feels right for you.
